Description:	Swapnoloke Software Company is honored to have developed and implemented the Recruit Training Management System (RTMS) for the Signal Training Centre and School (STC&S) of the Bangladesh Army. This secure and centralized digital platform was built to modernize and streamline the training and evaluation process of recruits at one of the Army’s most technologically advanced training establishments. Designed with military precision, the RTMS solution helps STC&S ensure transparency, reduce manual errors, and enhance operational efficiency throughout the full training lifecycle—from induction to final assessment.
Features:	Role-Based User Access & Control RTMS is equipped with a multi-tiered user management structure including Super Admin, Admin, Company Commander, Platoon Commander, and Instructor roles. Each user has specific access levels, ensuring data confidentiality, approval control, and accountability across all training functions. Comprehensive Training Lifecycle Management Tracks and manages multiple training terms and modules Supports batch-wise recruit enrollment and course setup Maintains detailed personal, educational, and service records Allows real-time monitoring of academic, physical, and behavioral development Structured Multi-Level Evaluation Process RTMS enables a 5-stage performance evaluation model, including: Instructor Entry of Marks by Subject/Module Company-Level Review & Moderation Peer (Mutual) Evaluation Character Assessment Final Review & Bonus/Penalty Application Each stage includes locking, unlocking, and approval workflows for consistency, transparency, and command oversight.
