Initially implemented for the Bangladesh Army Training and Doctrine Command (ARTDOC), ATMS now stands as a scalable and customizable solution suitable for military institutions, academies, and defense colleges worldwide. Purpose-Built for Command, Control & Coordination ATMS is a multi-role, multi-user system structured to manage all aspects of institutional training—from course administration and participant enrollment to result evaluation and strategic reporting. The platform supports key stakeholders including: Course Managers (Institute & HQ-level) Observers (HQ, Directorate, and Institute level) Commanding Officers & OICs Admin Officers Central Evaluators and CE Coordinators Each user role is equipped with tiered access control to monitor, input, review, and audit data throughout a course cycle, ensuring data integrity and security compliance.
