Project Owner: Army Training and Doctrine Command (ARTDOC) Bangladesh Army
Description:

Swapnoloke Software Company proudly developed the Online Army Training Management System (ATMS), a comprehensive digital platform designed to modernize, streamline, and centralize the full lifecycle of training operations for military training institutes. Initially implemented for the Bangladesh Army Training and Doctrine Command (ARTDOC), ATMS now stands as a scalable and customizable solution suitable for military institutions, academies, and defense colleges worldwide.

Purpose-Built for Command, Control & Coordination

ATMS is a multi-role, multi-user system structured to manage all aspects of institutional training—from course administration and participant enrollment to result evaluation and strategic reporting. The platform supports key stakeholders including:

  • Course Managers (Institute & HQ-level)
  • Observers (HQ, Directorate, and Institute level)
  • Commanding Officers & OICs
  • Admin Officers
  • Central Evaluators and CE Coordinators

Each user role is equipped with tiered access control to monitor, input, review, and audit data throughout a course cycle, ensuring data integrity and security compliance.

Features:

Dashboard & Reports

The dashboard gives real-time summaries of ongoing, upcoming, and completed training programs, visualized through intuitive charts. Users can:

  • View nominal rolls of participants
  • Access comprehensive result reports, including detailed individual and batch-level performance
  • Generate statistics on participant states by gender, dropout rate, service division, and training years

Course Lifecycle Management

  • Start, pause, or close courses with layered approval workflows
  • Request unlocks for participant or result modifications
  • Assign evaluators and course supervisors
  • Maintain course logs and completion summaries

Assessment & Evaluation System

The ATMS ensures transparent, multi-phase evaluations:

  • Initial Assessment – Conducted by course instructors
  • Forwarding and Moderation – Handled by OICs and Central Evaluators
  • Finalization – Authorized by HQ evaluators for result declaration

Strategic Features for Military and Beyond

  • Support for All Types of Training: From cadet courses and foreign training programs to recruitment and officer development.
  • Multi-Institute and Central Control: Designed for both localized institute-level use and centralized monitoring from headquarter commands.
  • Flexible Report Filters: By year, batch, training type, gender, service, and completion status.
  • Security-Compliant Access: Based on defense-grade user access protocols.

Outcome & Impact

The ATMS software has digitized the Bangladesh Army’s training command infrastructure, significantly reducing manual paperwork, improving reporting accuracy, and facilitating command-wide transparency. Its modular and role-based design makes it an ideal product for military academies, defense training colleges, and similar institutions looking to digitize training and evaluation workflows.
