Swapnoloke is proud to have successfully developed and deployed the Recruit Training Management System (RTMS) for the East Bengal Regimental Centre (EBRC) of the Bangladesh Army. This milestone project represents a significant digital transformation in military training management, offering automation, efficiency, and transparency in the recruit lifecycle.
RTMS is a customized web-based software platform tailored to streamline and digitize the end-to-end training processes of new recruits. It was built as an off-the-shelf base system with significant custom enhancements per EBRC's requirements, adhering to military-grade security and operational standards.

  • Multi-Role Access Control: From Super Admin to Training Cell Officers and Instructors, every role has a distinct interface and permissions. The system ensures secure, granular access to sensitive training data.

  • Comprehensive Training Lifecycle Management: Includes setup and tracking of training years, terms, modules, events, and subject assessments. This provides a full audit trail of each recruit’s academic, physical, and character development.

  • Automated Recruit Evaluation:
  • Event-wise mark entry and analysis.
  • Multi-layered assessment by Company, Platoon, and Mutual evaluators.
  • Bonus/penalty integration and character evaluation modules.

  • Dynamic Search & Report Builder: A highly versatile dynamic reporting system enables the generation of bio-data reports, course details, trend analyses, and result breakdowns with export to PDF and Excel formats.

  • State Tracking: The system categorizes each recruit into Dropout, Passout, or Nominal states, with filters by district, academic background, religion, marital status, and more.

  • Unlock Request System: Ensures accountability in data modification by introducing a structured unlock-and-approval process for sensitive entries.

  • Visual Data Access: Built-in document gallery and photo album management enhances the training documentation process.

Strategic Impact:
The implementation of RTMS at EBRC has improved training oversight, reduced administrative errors, and provided real-time performance data for decision-makers. It has also minimized paper-based processes, thus promoting operational sustainability and efficiency.
