Swapnoloke Software Company is honored to have been selected to design and develop the official website for Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport (HSIA)—Bangladesh’s largest and busiest international airport. Managed by the Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh (CAAB), HSIA serves as the primary gateway to Dhaka and beyond, handling millions of passengers annually.
Our mission was to build a responsive, user-centric platform that elevates airport services and information access for passengers, stakeholders, and government entities alike.

Responsive, Multilingual Interface
HSIA’s website is fully responsive—optimized across desktops, tablets, and mobile devices—and available in both English and Bangla to serve a diverse audience HSIA.

Real-Time Flight Information
Dedicated sections such as Domestic Arrivals, departures, and arrivals provide real-time flight status updates. Users can check schedules and delays conveniently.

Comprehensive Passenger Guides & Services
The site houses well-organized content including passenger guidelines, prohibited items, customs regulations, baggage services, lounges, medical services, and emergency hotlines 

Integrated CRM Hotline Interface
In collaboration with CAAB, we integrated HSIA’s existing CRM and call‑centre system (Hotline 13600) into the website, allowing passengers to submit feedback, request assistance, and track service delivery .

Airport Overview & Infrastructure
The site presents key airport details—its 802-hectare footprint at Kurmitola (17 km from Dhaka), historical evolution, passenger and cargo volumes, airline hubs (Biman Bangladesh Airlines, US‑Bangla, others), and ongoing developments like the third terminal and capacity upgrades.

Media & Stakeholders Section
HSIA’s platform includes media archives, official notices, stakeholder policies, FAQs, and downloadable resources like circulars and regulatory documents.

Contact & Civil Authority Access
Complete contact information including hotline numbers, email, office address, legal notices, privacy policy, and a downloadable app link enhances transparency and public engagement HSIA.

Project Impact
Swapnoloke delivered a modern, streamlined website that positions HSIA as a forward-thinking institution focused on passenger experience. The platform facilitates self-service, reduces phone-based inquiries, and ensures that outbound and inbound users have quick access to flight status, guidelines, and complaint mechanisms.
The site’s content architecture and integration with HSIA’s CRM aligns with global airport standards, reflecting Swapnoloke’s expertise in building high-availability digital platforms for critical national infrastructure.
